was my 2nd choice first impression very nice lady, but due to a childhood trama i dont like being called sweet or sweetie i was called this dispite being briefed by the office, i was ready to leave i was assured it wouldnt happen again, it did 3 times the last when i was leaving which did upset me, if this is in her everyday talk should not have carried on with appointment and i would have rang the office and see who else was available, i felt cheated, i have been a client of cc for years and have always been good to me, but i may consider moving on, on the plus side emma is good at her job.

Mike you have been a great customer and has much as we have been very understanding over many years about your like's and dislike's you have to realise that people are human and make errors. In this business we have ladies from many walks of life. They all try their best to remember your likes and dislikes, but sometimes they just speak in their normal every language, it's difficult to change people. I realise you do not like the two words you mentioned above, but come on Mike, you have to make allowances, these ladies don't hurt you!!!! It's a long time ago. Sorry to be blunt.
